It is a fact that it is not easy for working moms wake up, and set up the whole family withh breakfast, grab a cup of coffee, and be off to work on time. And the reality becomes more challenging when you have small kids to wake up, feed and dress, pack lunch for, and drop off at school.
It is essential to evaulate your activities and highight the ones that stress you the most. Work out a plan to simplify them, you will find your life free of much clutter. But the reality is that these stress-causing activities vary from one working mom to another.
Identify a day in the calendar for a date night or a girl’s night out. Plan in advance, hire a babysitting and enjoy your night out. Plan a short holiday get away with your partner or friends while your children have fun at the weekend camp. Do not let the romance ends because the routine, stress and then forget he fun part of your life. Being a working mom isn’t easy, but it can be rewarding with the right job and an accommodating schedule.
As a personal experience, a working mom puts everything and everyone before herself. It would be best if you gave take care to yourself in first place . Try to have some “me time ” in your weekley schedule and stop being so hard with yourself. Be flexible, and enjoy your time even if your plan doesn’t work. It will on another day…
