Energize Your Mornings


Everyone has days when you find yourself dreading waking up each morning . Grogginess and fatigue make us want to be the whole day in bed or have a big cup of coffee first thing in the morning. However, there are healthier ways to energize mornings;

  • Set an intention for the day. Keep a journal by your bed to jot it down.

  • Create a space for a mindfulness practice with deep breathing exercises or a morning meditation.

  • Sit down for a healthy and balanced breakfast.

  • Make time for movement. Try some morning stretches.

  • Take a cold shower.

  • Get some fresh air and sunlight.

  • Write out your one thing everyday.
