Getting in 30 to 60 minutes of moderate brisk activity can help your immune system to keep viruses away. Exercising outside should be safe as long as appropriate social distancing methods are maintained.

If you are keeping at least a six-foot distance from the next person, running outside is particularly reasonable.
If you’re going to a non-crowed place, it is ok.
