Finding your strengths can be a game-changer in your life. Your strengths are your presentation card and knowing them will give you the opportunity to open the right doors in your life. Finding your own path is not an easy thing, but it is essential to stabilize your personal life and nurture your professional interactions. Using your strengths can help you focus on doing more of what you’re good at, rather than just what you’re capable of. When you know what your strengths are, you can use them to help you be successful.
Do you know your greatest strengths? To start identifying your strengths, answer these questions about yourself:
Think about a time when you felt you were at your best. What were you doing? Who were you with? How did you feel?
What comes easily to you? What are you good at?
What things in life give you energy? What tasks seem to drain your energy?
You can also ask someone close to you to share what they think you’re good at or tell you about a time they felt you were at your best.
