Refund Policy

• No refunds / No exchange / Only store credit. We do not refund money / We only give store credit for the amount paid minus the shipping and tax costs.

• Store credits expire after 1 year.

Return & Exchanges

-Online purchases made through the Site are valid for store credit within 5 days from the received date. Send an email to letsopenthewine@gmail.comexplaining your change reasons including your invoice number.

- You will received the answer by email and the address where send the package back to us.

-You must return the piece in the same conditions that you received it. u

-The Pieces with special discounts have no exchange.

-Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. 
 -Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your exchange. You will be notified via email when your return is processed with online credit issued.

-The client covers the shipping cost for changes. Shipping fees are not refundable.

-Is customer responsibility check the delivery status with the return tracking number

-Let's Open The Wine responsible for damaged, missing or packages LOST IN TRANSIT.

 

Qualifications for Return / Exchange:

• You must return the piece in its original packaging in the same conditions that you received it. Parts in poor condition will not be accepted for changes.

• Accessories are final sale have, no exchange.

Term & Conditions

• If your package has not arrived within 7 days after delivery, you must notify Let's Open The Wine.

• The customer must track their package with the tracking number provided by Let's Open The Wine.

• We accept credit / debit cards / PayPal.
